Thanks for starting the recording of the Western Cemetery. This is so
important for those of us unable to get to St Thomas, or without easy access
to relevant archives.
If you come across any evidence of my Hueck ancestors I would be very
grateful for the information. My ancestor John Baptist Hueck came to
England in the 1870s, leaving family in St Thomas, and I am unable to get
any further back at this time. Apparently he used the name John Hughes when
he first came here, reverting to Hueck in the 1890s.
