Hi: I am not sure if this is a message for this list or not.but Barbados has
escaped most of the fury of Hurricane IvaN. It by passed us for the most
part. However, Grenada is devastated. Even the Prime Minister and Governor
General's residences have sustained major damage. Assistance to ordinary
people is slow since the relief headquarters has been completely destroyed
and the authorities are looking to set up a new operations centre.
