Catholic Services Planned for William S. Hughes

Rosary will be recited in the Memorial Chapel of
Greenlawn McWane Funeral Home Wednesday evening at
7 o'clock for William Stephen Hughes, 68, of Hemet,
who died Sunday at Hemet Community Hospital.

Requiem Mass will be said Thursday morning at 10
o'clock at Our Lady of the Valley Catholic Church.
The Rev. Eugene Toner of Our Lady of the Valley Church
will officiate. Interment will be in San Jacinto
Valley Cemetery.

Friends may make memorial donations to the Cancer Fund.

Mr. Hughes was born in Massachusetts on July 5, 1904.
He had lived in this area and in the state for 10 years.
He was a member of the Catholic Church, Harold W. Hyland
Post, American Legion and the New York State Teachers
Association.

Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Marcia C. Hughes, a
sister, Mrs. Anne Gallivan of Winchester, Massachusetts,
and a brother, Lt. Colonial George Hughes of Colorado
Springs, Colorado.
