My g-g-grandfather was born in a boarding house at 73 Bridge Street
Carmarthen in 1850. At least 19 people were living there in the 1851
census. I have looked for this address on the 1881 census but it appears
that Bridge Street at that time only went up as far as no. 39, and none of
the dwellings seem big enough to have been a boarding house.
Does anyone know if the higher numbered part of the street was either missed
off the 1881 census or renamed before 1881 please?
