Hello Richard,

Many thanks for the very useful information, Richard. Oddly enough,
checking through my notes I found I also had jotted down a non-conformist
baptism also for a David DAVIES born to an Anne on the same date, 11
Oct., 1827, but at Llanybri Independent, LLanstephan, "just down the
road"!. If it is not too much trouble, could you kindly check this entry
for me, please, to ascertain the maiden name of the mother?? As both
baptisms occurred in places in close proximity to each other, perhaps
they are entries for the same David DAVIES. If so, was it a common
occurrence for a child to be baptised twice?
