I wonder, - has anyone done any research into the family of William Williams, Pantycelyn?

I have established that on 9 April, 1861 a Mary Lucy Williams (who was my great grandmother) was born at Llanrair-ar-y-bryn, which is the village where Wm. Williams was both born (in 1717) and died (in 1791), also his son, John, (born 1754, died 1828). John, I believe had a son, also called William.

I am trying to discover if there was a relationship between William, John, and William - and Mary Lucy.
Can anyone offer any help please?
