Hello Shawn

I have the baptisms etc for Cenarth parish church - it does not seem as if
they were baptised from here....

the only Elias in Cenarth was

1832 8th July
David Elias son Benjamin and Anne

this was the only one.....

The census returns do not begin until 1841.....I have not indexed this part
of Carmarthenshire yet....so cannot look for you
