I can see that you have joined CFHS....have you viewed the marriages on
quickbase?

There is this marriage

1822 11th July St Ishmaels
Grismond Phillips and Catherine Warlow

I have csp after his name.....I'll have to check the actual register for
you......is this him? i cannot find him in 1851 census.....

For members I will look up a small amount of information if they need help
in the county record office......what information do you need.

If he was a Captain perhaps he is mentioned in the index drawers in CRO....
