I see from your email Vic that you are in Australia.
Conwil (Conwyl) was a Celtic Saint and Caio (Caeo) as it is now called is in
Carmarthenshire near to Pumpsaint close by the Lampeter Road (A482)
I have seen Convil Elfed mentioned and am sure another lister will help on
this
