Seeking to make contact with any descendants of Jackson
FOSTER/Atha FIELDEN and their kin or anyone who knows of
this family. This family came to CA around 1940 and
settled in the Bakersfield area. Jackson was my grandfather;
his son Charles Henry was my father. In particular, I am trying to
push
back the limits of my ramily tree. To date I have this branch of the
FOSTERS extending back to MS, circa 1830's. Before that they
apparently lived in TN. That is where my certainty ends.
The names in my direct line of descent are John C. FOSTER>
Henry A. FOSTER>Joseph FOSTER>Joseph Franklin FOSTER>
Jackson FOSTER>Charles Henry FOSTER.
Does anyone in CA have any clues, no matter how tenuous,
as to where these FOSTERS resided in TN before moving to MS?
And if you know less than I do, I would of course be happy to share
what I have with you.
