Could someone please answer me?
I have written two people, the one who heads up Los Angeles County (her e-mail
address is bogus) and the one who heads up Kern County and I have still not
received an answer. I have a 4th grade class photo for Thomas Jefferson
Elementary and would like to submit it. Does anyone out there know who I
should speak with?
