This is not the place to file a complaint regarding Ancestry.com.
You need to take this complaint directly to them.

I would like to note here that anytime you give your credit or debit card to
secure a free trial of any online genealogical organization, you need to
read the fine print. It most likely will say that if you do not cancel the
membership by a certain date they are going to assume that you want to
continue your membership.

We need to take the conversation back to what we love to talk about, our
California Roots..
