Good questions...

I have a faded photo copy of this book,incomplete,with no covers.
I am assuming it is the book in question, quite honestly I don't even
remember where it came from....
The information I sent before was from my existing database which contains
information from others which I have merged into my files.

The book I have does have a page in which the sub title reads:

"The Carpenter Family of Long Island and New York"

The book contains a little bit of the Rehoboth line, the Providence line etc.
