Charles Lorain Carpenter, Rear Admiral ret. & now deceased wrote
"Descendants of Timothy Carpenter of Pittstown, Rennsslaer Co., New
York" (192 pages) and "Descendants of William Carpenter of Rehoboth,
Bristol Co., MA." The latter is a massive 3 volumne set at about 813
pages.

If this is the right family, the contact person is Chad M. Carpenter
here in San Diego. Contact me if you need more details.

I have "Charlies'" work on computer and the updates.
