Hi John:
Thanks for your response(s)re Increase #297. Maybe we'll turn up
something new to understand this family. We'll see.
As for my query about Increase as a Patriot, I was referring to some
prior email message...not suggesting any new info of my own. In fact,
that's why I was asking; I wondered whether you had info on it. So no, I
can't cite on it. I guess the only source is the Mendon burial info...which
begs the question as to whether this is the same Increase. I'm thinking not.
Back in Orange county, I note that Increase #297's wife Jane is said to
be Jane Allison. I don't take that as certain, but one source is RGC's
notes in OCGS files. In my view it deserves a note in your compilation as
"likely" or "said to be" or something like that.
