George,

I have not confirmed this yet, however, I believe that John Thomas
CARPENTER was the son of Albert F.M. CARPENTER and wife, Emily
Henrietta THOMPSON. He was born 1861/1864 probably in Obion Co.
TN or possibly somewhere in KY. I have inconsistent information
from census records, death certificate. Albert was the son of
Frederick CARPENTER and Lucinda CHAMBERS Carpenter. Frederick was
born in 1797. I don't have any info on his parents or where they
might be from.
