Trying to locate information on Jacob Carpenter born abt. 1856 in
Staffordshire, West Bromwich, England.  Died unknown, parents unknown.  He married
Harriet Adkinson March 1879 in West Bromwich.  She was born abt. 1858 in London,
England.  They had the following 10 children :

1. John H.           May 2, 1879 -  January 30, 1952  in Bethlehem, PA  he
married Tressey Mae Tansley, December 1901 in Mansfield, England and they moved
to PA in the early 1900.  John was the soccer coach for Lehigh University. 
2. Harriet            August 13, 1881   she married  ? Truman
3. Samuel            abt. 1884
4. Minnie   M.    abt 1886, she married ? Turner
5. William          abt 1889
6. James               abt 1891
7. George             abt 1894
8. Emma         abt 1896, she married ? Slaney
9. Frederick        abt 1897
10. Mary G.         abt 1900, she married ? Morrison

All of John's brothers and sisters were listed as living in England when he
died. 

Any information to this Carpenter line would greatly be appreciated.  All the
above dates of birth were taken from the 1891 and 1901 census
