This pretty much agrees with the children of Alexander Carrico & Mary Sedgwick listed by Homer Edwin Carrico in his "The Carrico Family" published 1951 in The Filson Club Quarterly.

Homer, however, only listed 8 children, he didn't list Elizabeth Carrico who married Felix Miles before 1830 in Casey Co., KY. The Wetherington/Wethington's were descendants of Mary Ann Carrico who had married William Alexander Wethington, but died before the 1850 census.

Lavina "Apple's" parents were Henry & Harriet (Carrico) Abel who resided next door to John A. (Alexander) Carrico in 1850 Martin Co., IN.

I can find no record of Alice marrying a Frederick, she appears to be unmarried & still with her parents in 1850, unless she was then a widow & the census taker listed her name wrong. Although I can' seem to locate her after 1850, she appears to still be alive in 1871.

Still a lot to uncover on this family.
