Hey guys, this list shouldn't really be any trouble to admin. I am getting a
lot of bounce messages today, each time a message is sent to the list, but
we've had more messages than usual today.
At this point I haven't done anything, but at least one subscriber has
gotten automatically unsubscribed. I can change the settings for the
automatic bit, right now it's at 4 bounces which is what it was & also what
rootsweb recommends. The list is a bit more active today, so perhaps I
should up it & see what happens.
Thus far, the problems are with the following addresses. If you recognize
any, let me know:
or The bounce states the address is no
good. Has already been unsubbed
bounce from aol states user is unknown
bounce from aol states user is unknown
apparently his mail box is full, so the
messages are bouncing back.
I know there has been trouble with rootsweb lists & aol, but there are 73
subscribers, quite a few who have aol addresses & the above 2 are the only
ones bouncing.
Anyway, this isn't too bad & I'm sure it will calm down. And then I'll have
nothing else to do :-) Just kidding.
