Dear list,
On the 26th of March I sent an E-mail to this list re: my Uncle Dan and
fiding his best friend, J Kent Novinger, who now lives in Idaho. Kent
indicated Dan died intestate and that he was permitted to collect Dan's
few personal items. He said Dan's estate was several thousand dollars
that went to the state since there appeared to be descendants. Actually
there were two living siblings and 14 living nephews & nieces, 35
grandnephews & grandnieces at the time of Dan's death. I would like to
reclaim these intestate funds from the State of California. Do any of you
know who to write and the address for this agency? Thank you.
