Jennifer,I run across your posted message went on but came back to yours because I know some Webbs & Clarks from Sacramento,California area.
I never understood how they are related I don't think by blood but by a very close tie some how.
LeRoy and Billy Webb are brothers and liveing and the Clarks of Sacramnebto area are related my children on their father side of the familey.
These Webbs and Clarks are very close to this day so I don't know if this is any of your lost familey but I do know some of the Webbs and Clarks so if you see this and want to contact me my email address is

These Clarks lived around Rio Linda Calif just out of Sacto,Calif

Like I said I don't know how the Webbs fit in here but to this day they are very close and I can get in contact with the Webbs and the Clarks easy if need be.
