An obit should tell you where mom was in 1995....

I couldn't find a listing for James Edward Barton being born in CA on the
date listed on the death above in CADI....this was the Barton that came
up.....
BARTON,JOHN,B,09/12/1964,MALE,CLEMONS,ORANGE
so I searched on the birthdate and found
ANSSENS,JAMES,E,09/12/1964,MALE,ALLRED,LOS ANGELES
