I certainly agree that you did get scammed. What some of these people do
not seem to realize is the fact that when it states that a volunteer is to
charge only for copies, then that is what one should expect to pay.

Someone was trying to make a fast buck off you and had no intention of
'volunteering' their services. I am so glad that you complained.

My complaint with these volunteers is the fact that most of the ones that I
have tried to contact do not even bother to reply. Do they just like
seeing their names posted on a web site? Beats me!
