HARDIE
Marion Edna, passed away Dec. 1, 1995 in Las Vegas at the age of 74. She
is survived by John her husband of 47 years, 5 sons Michael, Ralph, Bill,
John and James Hardie, 2 daughters Gail T. Weed and JoAnn B. Connelly and
11 grandchildren. She was spiritual and material helpmate of her family.
Services were held in Las Vegas.

KEYS
P. Joyce, 53, passed away Wed. Dec. 6, 1995, at her mother's home in
National City. She had lived in the area 31 yrs., the last 20 yrs. in
Imperial Beach. Survived by her mother Toni Johnston of National City,
daughters Betty Keys of Chula Vista, Carol Bowers of Imperial Beach, and
her brother Boyce Jordan Johnston & family of Chula Vista. She had worked
for the South Bay Union School District since 1978, most recetly as a Child
Nutrition Cook Manager. Arrangements for cremation and sprinkling of ashes
at Sea are being handled by the Greenwood Mortuary. Memorial services will
be held at Highland Avenue Baptist Church, 2605 Highland Avenue, National
City, on Sat. Dec. 16 at 1:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests
contributions to tbe sent to the Carol D. Bowers Transplant Fund, 1232
Silverado Drive, Chula Vista, CA 91915.

LIKES
Howard C., died Dec. 11, 1995. Preceded in death by loving wife Elizabeth.
Father of James (Inge) Likes and Nancy J. (Joe) Brooks. 4 grandchildren, 3
great grandchildren. Memorial Service Friday 3 p.m. Greenwood Mortuary.
Inurnment Greenwood Mausoleum.

MCALLISTER
E. Lyle, died after a brief illness. Class of 1931, San Diego High School.
Ordinance officer, Enzio, Italy, WWII. Completed certificate programs in
civil engineering and Spanish and became a civil engineer 1948. Full
partner in La Mesa Engineering n 1954. Retired in 1977. Survived by brother
Wayne McAllister of Pasadena, stepdaughter Gwendolyn N. and her husband
James E. Cook of San Diego, stepson Ernest E. King of Roseburg, OR, Ivan
Nolan, lifelong friends of SD, 2 nephews, 4 grandchildren, 3 great
greanchildren. No services are planned following cremation.

MCLEAN
Bonnie Gayle, age 36, died Dec. 11 in San Diego. A native of Canada she
had lived in Cardiff the last 6 years. Ms. McLean is survived by 2
children, Michael and Jennifer of Cardiff; parents, Robert & Patricia
McLean of Warren, MI; Brother Bruce (Michelle) McLean of MI., sister Nancy
(Kurt) Marhoff of Orange, CA. Vistitaion will be Thursday, Dec. 14 from 3-9
PM at the Encinitas Mortuary, Encicitas, CA. Mass will be celebrated Fri,
Dec. 15 at St. John Catholic Church, Encinitas, CA. Burial will be Friday
at 1 PM at the Holy Sepulcher Cemetery, Orange, CA.

WHITE
Mary Jane, passed away Dec. 10, 1995. Volunteer for Scripps Hospital for
many years. Survived by husband of 55 years USAF Ret. Lt. Col. Bill White
and her cousin Mary Jean Schneeman of Minnesata. Memorial Service at the
Admiral Kidd Club, Harbor Dr. on Tuesday at 1 p.m. Interment Fort
Rosecrans. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Red Cross.
