Hi all:
I recieved this reply from Colleen Norby, who is off line with computer
problems...
If you need a CABI/CADI check.. just post a note, and if someone sees a note
& it does not get a reply.. email one of those who are always online...
Colleen, Sharon, etc.. even Marge (me.. don't have the cd... but can forward
your messages to someone who does). The lookup will be done from the cds...
will be a bit more time consuming.. but at least no one will be borrowing
your identity... sure wish they would borrow my bills... why don't they pay
our bills while they are at it? Marge

do own the cds and we did provide lookups prior to rootsweb.com buying the
index and placing it on line......so I guess we'll go back to answering
those requests on this mailing list - since I'm not subscribed to any of the
county lists right now with my computer problem, if anyone is on a county
mail list, ask them to share that there are volunteers to help with CABI on
the CADI list....I will attempt to change the welcoming message from work
this week...

Rootsweb/Ancestry are the ones who removed the index.. looks like they are
