I am looking for military records for Camp Kearny, Calif. circa. 1917 (which I believe was located in San Diego). My great-grandfather John YASZCZAK (John YASCHAK) was a Ukrainian immigrant who fought for the US Army in WWI. I would like to know what happened to him after the war. I have 2 diffrent adresses for him:
Co. D 1st Colo. Inf., Camp Kearny, San Diego, Calif.
AND
Co. D 157th Inf., Camp Kearny Calif.

Any help would be appreciated.
