Thank you for your response. I really do not know much on my relatives on my fathers side, Richard (my grandfather) stayed in calif. while my dad traveled back to the east coast with his mother. My dad did not even know his grandfathers name untill I told him I found the census. the limited resources I have available have gotten me farther than I expected, I may have to sign up for genealogy detective or something to get farther. If I could talk to you directly by instant message on aol, yahoo or hotmail would be better because I have alot of questions. Thank you for your assistance, and any responce. Roger
