Hello list,
I'm looking for obituaries for a couple of folks who died in San Diego
County in 1977 and in 1978. Their zip code was 92011 which I believe might
have been Del Mar, Calif.

Another researcher checked the San Diego City Public Library for obituaries
but did not find any for the folks and dates which I gave him. He suggested
the North County Times, but they do not have obits back that far. They were
apparently merged from the Blade Citizen and The Times Adovcate.

Would anyone have a suggestion as to the area most likely to have an
obituary for folks who lived in Del Mar, Calif. Also, is the zip code 92011
for Del Mar, Calif?

MACKIE, Beatrice M. died Dec. 9, 1977 in San Diego area, born Jan. 9, 1901,
Michigan

MACKIE, Elmer U. died July 24, 1978 in San Diego area, born Sept. 16, 1898,
Wyoming;
last known residence had a zip code of 92011

Any information, leads, pointers or assistance would be *greatly* appreciated.
