I have just been informed I have Twin two half-sisters in the San Diego, Calf area.

Any ideas on how I can locate these ladies???

They were born out of wedlock around 1935 by my father Ottis C. Starr and he was discharged out of the Navy for this.

If anyone knows of them please let them or myself know so we could make contact.
