Hi Listers,
New subscriber to the list, wondering if SKS does lookups for death certificates and/or obituaries. From searching the archives I understand a Donna Bradley used to do this, but it's been three years since there was a post from her on the list. Has someone else taken over since 2002?

At this point my interest is in a death certificate for an individual I believe to be my husband's older brother, who had Down Syndrome. A person with the same name and birthdate appears in the Social Security Death Index, dying in March, 2004, and I'd like to find out if this is the person I'm seeking.
