Thank you for your help, i just spoke to shane and he told me his mother married a james helsel, in new london county CT. in 1995 , he paid the money for her marriage license, Shane was born in nov. 1974 , His mother never married his dad. Shelly harriet wilson, was his mother and her mother was pauline wilson.
