The 1904 Death Records would be on Film #0975835. And, yes, the Santa
Clara FHC has them in their files, as I have looked at them all there. I
even found that my father had a half-brother that he was not aware of that
died in 1902.
The original Records are located at the San Francisco Dept. of Health,
101 Grove St. in San Francisco, CA 94102, 415.554.2714. Appointments may be
made to go thru the actual remaining records by calling them.
