Hi Janet,

No, I don't know about the rest of the pages being included - I didn't run
into any missing ones - I was lucky I guess. As for the printing... I got
the entire page to print using legal paper - remember you have to tell your
printer you want it to print 8-1/2 x 14 in addition to putting legal paper
in your printer. I also found that if I changed the right & left margin to
.25 inch I was able to have the whole page, top to bottom and right to left,
print.

What pages did you think were missing - maybe it has to do with your choice
of name spelling at the beginning of the hunt or something :-)). If you'd
like, give me the name (off list) and let's see what I can get......
