Subject: [CASANFRA] Obtaining Death Records for Stillborn or Fetal Deaths

There have been questions on the lists concerning how to obtain death records
for a Stillborn or Fetal Death (the term the state uses).
A record of this type of death may be obtained by the Parent of the stillborn
or if other than parent is requesting a Court Order is required.
The address to send the request to if you are a parent is:

However I was also informed that it is better to telephone rather than
