If you have the name of the party who was living at the addresses you are
interested in --- you search for them on the SOUNDEX (by surname) - the
soundex card will give you the ED and page number on the actual census.

The SOUNDEX records for 1900 included ALL persons listed in ALL states of
the 1900 census since the 1890 census was almost fully destroyed by fire in
1921, the extra work and expense of doing a complete soundex for the 1900
census was considered worth the effort.

Soundex and census microfilms are available at your FHC.
