Dear Listers,

Does anyone know how I would search for a coroner's inquest? My dad's
brother was run over by a truck in front of his house in San Francisco when
he was 8 years old. He died soon after in the hospital on November 24,
1925. The death cert says there was a coroner's inquest and my uncle and
cousin said there was some sort of a hearing. The driver was under age and
had no driver's license and was playing "chicken" with the child but the
brakes on the model T truck were unreliable and he couldn't stop. The death
was eventually ruled an accident. I would like to find records of the
hearing and coroner's inquest. Any suggestions where I should look?
