5 = 01-59 MINUTES

6 = 00 AGE NOT STATED (NOT USED AFTER 1993)

5 = 99 UNKNOWN < 1 YEAR OLD (ADDED IN 1994)

9 = 99 UNKNOWN > 1 YEAR OLD (ADDED IN 1994)
