My cousin was cleaning out my uncle's house and ran across the program for
my dad's high school graduation. It is in pristine condition (bless my dear
uncle)! The cover says:
George Washington High School
Eighth Graduation Exercises
June 10, 1942
War Memorial Opera House
San Francisco, California

Inside is the program. The theme was "Put None But Americans On Guard
Tonight" . They had a concert, processional, flag ceremony, girl's choral
recital, etc.

Unfolding the program once more reveals all the graduates' names. Centered
in a large box is,
"Now it catches the gleam of the morning's first beam,
In full glory reflected now shines on the stream;
'Tis the Star-Spangled banner, O long may it wave
O'er the land of the free and the home of the brave!"

On the back are class officers:
Warren Townsend - President
Maurine Morgan - Vice-President
Christiane Lamoreux - Secretary
William Green - Treasurer
