Hi Carol,
I have attached the form that Holy Cross uses for the family research.
Address and phone numbers are on the form.
Call Holy Cross and ask if your ancestor is listed on their computer. You
must have the name and date of death. They will usually answer yes or no.
If they do, they can tell you the plot number.
IF they are there, you can fill out the form and mail with the $25 fee and
they will send you anything they have pertaining to that person and anyone
buried with them. Usually it will be 3x5 cards recording the internment only.

If they do not have them listed on the computer, ask them about the burial
records from Calvary Cemetery. You can use the same form for the burial
records search too.
It is best to call them first. I paid the $25 the first time when I found my
grandfather. They told me about the seven other people that were buried
there with him. Later when I found out about the burial records and asked
about the great grandparents, they looked them up for me at no extra charge
and sent me a letter listing an additional eleven people buried in the same
plot. Now I have a total of nineteen people buried in the same plot that was
originally purchased for four.
Their computer is the first step. Then ask for a family research person and
discuss the Calvary burial records.
You may get lucky like I did.
Mike
