Hi all,
A young lady in the past helped me locate some information on my O'Briens.
I am now looking at Williamson, John (great grandfather). His wife, Catherine Williamson (great-grandmother) died in 1893 in Springfield. Both were born in Ireland.
If you are using the census index, hopefully you will have Tuolumne County on the same cd. If not, let me know.
In 1898, the voter registration shows John Williamson, age 69, Miner, 5'7", light complexion, blue eyes, light hair.
In 1900 he would be 71. 1910 would be 81.
I know he was alive in 1898. I just can't find out what happen to him.
