Hi List,
I have been enjoying looking at the Sanborn Maps on VitalSearch. I found
my grandparent's summer house in Ross (it no longer exists, but now I
know where it was) and my parent's house in Marin Co., which had
originally been built as a church meeting hall. I also found my father's
aunt's house in Redwood City. But I was disappointed Not to find the
houses and lots where my mother's family lived in San Francisco. It
seems that part of the Mission, 15th, 16th around Valencia and Guerrero
are not in the San Francisco maps. Mostly it is the downtown buildings.
Does anyone know if there are more Sanborn Maps than what VitalSearch
has online that would include the Mission District?
