Hi Ruth,

Generally I use Ancestry.com for 1930. However, I
also find images missing occasionally. One of the
things I noticed is that some (not all) can be
viewable in the old viewer, even when they are called
Image Missing with the advanced viewer they provide.

I found this out totally accidently about two months
ago when I was using a relative's computer. The image
came up with the old viewer. In an attempt to
'improve it' I clicked on the 'update viewer' and then
it came up with 'image missing'. How Frustrating! I
knew it was there, but I couldn't get to it.
Eventually I noticed something that let me get back to
the old viewer and I had a lovely image to view.

I am sending this back to the list in case anyone else
has experienced this problem.
