Hi Luella,
I don't know whether or not they hold the specific records you're looking
for, but here's how to contact them:
Go to the San Francisco Genealogy site: http://www.sfgenealogy.com
Scroll down the left and click on "Research Facilities"
Click on "National Archives-Pacific Region"
or the San Mateo County Genealogy site: http://www.sfgenealogy.com/sanmateo
Click on "Archives" and then "National Archives-Pacific Region"
Hope this proves helpful. Good luck with your research and have fun!
Pam
