Hello from a new member to the list,

I have recently discovered a connection to San Francisco. Susan Tregellas died 1889 in San Francisco aged 53 years, she was the wife of Samuel Tregellas.

My question is this, how do I go about locating Susan's death records and locate where she is buried etc. I am not familiar with records available over there.
Any help much appreciated.
