I wish to thank everybody who has e-mailed me with sightings of George GOODRUM, who apparently arrived in San Francisco in 1849.
This is my first experience researching in California. You have all been so kind.
If anyone else is also researching Capt.George Goodrum, b 1817 England, died 1883 San Francisco, I believe I have a background on him. I haven't proven it yet, but I'm 95% sure I know who his parents were and where he was from.
