I have the same issues with Holy Cross. As far as my Irish ancestors having
others in the same plot who I can't find a connection to. Perhaps, though,
they are all Irish because it is a Catholic cemetery? Just a thought. There
seem to have been a lot of Irish in SF during the 1800's. I am wondering, does
anyone know if they came directly from Ireland, did they come overland, or did
they come around the horn from NY?

I'm sorry if this is a silly question. But I do not know how my ancestor,
John D. P. O'Brien, came over.
