Ray Banks also donated his WWI draft card transcriptions to the GenWeb
project back in 1997/1998

I do not know the complete listing of the counties he donated, but they
can be found through the GenWeb Project archives-----

These files are for free usage- and do not require subscription....

I do know he sent me the Mariposa County file back in 1997/98- Alpine,
Sierra, and many other California County WWI files are there- as well as
others in the U S
If you go here
http://searches.rootsweb.com/cgi-bin/search

and put Mr. Banks email address

in the search engine you will find a huge number of these files donated
to the GenWeb
