Hello CArol...
This is quite a list! If you go to www.vitalsearch-ca.com, and click
on the menu to the left of the map, depending on which you want, you
will find most of what you are looking for FREE. You will have to put
up with ads...but...someone has to pay the bill. If there is someone
you cannot find, let me know, and I will try to do some searching for
you.
By the way...before you ask...here is the way to determine what the
county codes are:
