Surname: Haxton

Where can I receive additional information about Samuel Haxton, such as
death records, land deeds, etc. Birth date 4/12/1852 in Iowa, death
5/17/1946 in San Joaquin. I have been researching this family for a couple
of years and have been looking for Samuel for that long. If there is any
information about him, who do I contact? I'm not sure what town he lived in.
This is my great-grandfather and I would appreciate any information about
him. Where can I get a record of his death. Thank you, Lynne
