Subject: [CASANJOA] question about address on grandfather's DC

I don't want to bug you all again but does any one have info about
this address. I got this from my grandfather's death certificate.
Grandpa Robert died in 1942 at San Joaquin General ( yes ! the remains
are still there ) .

The informant name what I can make out is I. Hoke?m maybe the o is
a
not sure.

The address is Box 749, Timan Road,
Manteca, CA ( not sure about the spelling
)

What kind of place was it ? Anything would be great.
